英国大学新生周的十二种学生

　　每所英国大学在9月开学季，都会举办迎新周活动。在迎新周，同学们不仅可以了解学校课程设置的相关情况，还会被安排参加各种新生聚会活动。在新生周，你会遇见不同类型、不同风格的学生，近日，《每日电讯报》盘点了新生周会遇见的12种类型的学生，赶快来看看吧!

　　1.The Mess

　　这类学生通常会留给人很深的印象，这个印象可能是他们被赶出俱乐部的样子。

　　2.The “Ladies‘ Man” 猎艳高手

　　这类学生举止优雅，侃侃而谈，长相英俊，受到女生青睐，俗称“少女杀手”。

　　3.The Rebrand

　　If you knew a Rebrand before their rebirth, you’ll probably have a hard time identifying them come freshers week. A Rebrand rids itself of any pre-university attributes; they start going by their middle name, dye their hair and dress entirely differently.

　　4.The Cheapskate 小气鬼

　　这类学生通常是抱着一个背包、或者其他一些东西，如亮光笔、钢笔、笔记本。购买东西都是从最基本的范围考虑。

　　5.The Wannabe Jocks/Cheerleaders 拉拉队员

　　这类人在校园里面都是最酷的，而且有很强的音乐感。

　　6.The Keeno

　　Wide toothed grin, extended arm and shortening your name within minutes – it can only be The Keeno.

　　7.The Disappearing Act

　　You’ll be thick as thieves with the Disappearing Act till the very end of freshers fortnight and then, like a modern Cinderella (drunkenly misplaced shoe and all) they‘ll vanish.

　　8.Mum：

　　Mum in student form, they can be found scrubbing surface tops, making spag bol or tucking worse-for-wear students into bed.

　　9.The Teacher’s Pet

　　All work and no play gets Jack a first’ is the new and arguably improved motto of the Teacher’s Pet.

　　10.The Small Town Kid

　　The Small Town Kid hails from a village with a population of just under 130 – the postman’s their uncle, the bus driver‘s their aunt and they’ve literally dated every guy in town, not because they get around mind, but because there were only six boys in their year.

　　11.The Single Sex Schooler

　　Symptoms of the Single Sex Schooler include heavy breathing, showing off and loud fake laughter around the opposite sex.

　　12.The Blind Date

　　The Blind Date is like the Disappearing Act but in reverse- you don’t actually see this guy until a solid three weeks into term.
