　　1.        Architectural Design - MA：建筑设计2:1 or above +7.0（6.5）+作品+面试

　　a good honours degree (2:1 or above) or other equivalent qualification related to design in the built environment建筑学/建筑环境, including architecture, landscape architecture and town planning. If you have a non-design based degree but substantial professional design experience, then we‘ll consider your application.

　　British Architecture）+7.0（6.5）+ 2.1 +一年工作经验

　　3.         Architecture and Town& Regional Planning建筑学，城镇&区域规划 – March：

　　入读资格-已获得“英国皇家建筑师协会”资格证的建筑师RIBA，即（Royal Institute of

　　British Architecture）+7.0（6.5）+ 2.1 +一年工作经验

　　4.         Commercial Property 商业房地产- MA：侧重于surveyor测量员、检测员方向，课程也包括经济、政策、社会学等。

　　7.0（6.0）+A good honours degree or资质、资格证equivalent qualification in architecture, geography, urban studies, planning, economics, engineering, construction or other similar subjects.

　　5.         Conservation and Regeneration重建-MA

　　侧重建筑物的保存、维护 & 城市的重建，以及寻求两者间的平衡点。

　　7.0（6.5）+  first undergraduate degree (2.1 or above) or other equivalent qualification related to design in the built environment including architecture, landscape architecture and town planning.

　　非设计专业毕业的学生，需要有相关工作经验进行补充，学校也会考虑录取，但是依然2.1 or above。

　　6.         Designing Learning Environments – MA

　　关注教育环境的研究以及小孩与年轻人文化差异性研究。目的在于吸收国际各界各人士的经

　　验、方法推进教育环境等各方面的发展，尤其是学校和幼儿园教育环境的设计。

　　7.0（6.5）+作品10-20页A4，PDF在线上传也可，（要求针对本科设计专业的学生）+ PS（为何对此专业感兴趣）+first undergraduate degree (2.1 or above) or other equivalent qualification related to either：designin the built environment, including architecture, landscape architecture, interior design, town planning or education and learning or another subject area where an applicant can demonstrate a clear interest in the design of learning environments。

　　7.         Planning and Development – MA

　　内容涉及不动产、经济、政策等领域，类似NO.4课程。

　　已获得皇家特许测量师协会认证，即Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS)。

　　7.0（6.0）+A good honours degree(2:1 or above)or equivalent qualification in architecture, geography, urban studies, planning, economics, engineering, construction or other similar subjects.

　　8.         European Development and Planning – MA

　　新设课程。针对法国 & 欧洲大陆的研究，且申请者需要会法语（至少A-Level水平）。申请者有资格申请DCLG奖学金。

　　8.0  （6.0）+You’ll need a good honours degree (2:1 or above)or equivalent qualification in an appropriate subject from an approved institution.

　　9.        International Development and Planning – MA

　　研究对象为发展中国家，目的是为发展中国家的发展 & 规划出谋划策。 &该课程已获得皇家城市规划院认证，即Royal Town Planning Institute (RTPI).

　　7.0（6.0）+You‘ll need a good honours degree or equivalent qualification in an appropriate subject from an approved institution.

　　10.     Landscape Archaeology景观考古学/园林考古学 - MA 侧重对已有的Lancaster研究，比如世界Lancaster发展史 & 发展等。
