　　爱丁堡大学笔译硕士专业的授课方式是讲座与实际翻译练习的组合，连同个人教程(推荐阅读: 教程 )，学生演讲和客座演讲。你将完成四个必修课，包括翻译研究,研究方法和实用翻译,再加上两个选修课程。经过两个学期的授课式课程，你将需要独立完成一篇研究论文。

　　TOEFL-iBT: total 100 (at least 23 in each module)

　　PTE Academic: total 67 (at least 61 in each of the “Communicative Skills” sections)

　　CAE and CPE: total 185 (at least 176 in each module)

　　Trinity ISE: ISE III with a pass in all four components
